Tutuki Harnessing Potential Charitable Trust is a proud supporter of Reigning Downs. We are helping fundraise for the development and delivery of educational programs for the community of Murihiku and beyond.

Pursuant to section 37 of the Gambling Act 2003 Tutuki Harnessing Potential Charitable Trust is authorised to conduct Lottery for the sole objective of applying and/or distributing the net proceeds from the gambling to or for the following authorised purpose(s):
100% of the proceeds will be distributed to Reigning Downs Hauora Centre for the following authorised purposes:
1) Actual and reasonable costs of conducting coaching clinics for junior sports people, including those impacted by disability, learning disabilities and the neurodivergent within the equine field;
2) Encouragement of active participation in amateur equine competitions, specifically for those impacted by mental, physical, trauma, learning and other impairments and disabilities;
3) Actual and reasonable expenses incurred by executive members’ attendance at conferences, seminars and events directly related to society business;
4) Provision, maintenance and development of Reigning Downs Hauora Centre. Includes rates, insurance, general administration and operational and facilities management and maintenance costs;
5) The provision, maintenance and development of club buildings, furniture, fittings, equipment and grounds;
6) Purchase and maintenance of a vehicle to be used for society business (eg. transportation of members and equine equipment to complete in sporting events, welfare purposes etc. Vehicle is not for private or personal purposes or
for use as a courtesy coach;
7) Wages and salaries of staff where it is necessary to achieve our authorised purposes;
